CALHOUN, Ga., March 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Mohawk Industries, Inc. (NYSE: MHK) agreed to purchase one plant located in Roanoke, Alabama that produces secondary carpet backing from Propex Fabrics Inc. The new plant employs approximately 470 individuals.
